I am Mariette Aida - Soprano, Sound Practicioner, and founder of I AM VIDAS.

I've spent over two decades training my voice in the operatic arts, not just to perform- but to MOVE PEOPLE.  Over time, I came to realize that the voice is more than music. It's memory.  It's medicine. It's vibration that speaks directly to your body.

My work is rooted in one core belief:
Sound is one of the most powerful tools for restoring the human nervous system- when it's intentional, embodied, and offered with love.

After overcoming years of emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and disconnection from my body, I discovered that the path back to wholeness wasn't through more effort-but through deeper resonance.  That is what I now offer others.
