Soprano Mariette Aida

My name is Mariette Aida, and I am a classically trained Opera Singer of over 20+ years.

I have been singing for groups for years, and what I've noticed is how deeply my audience feels my music. There's something powerful about Opera, and in 2019 I made the choice to switch gears & focus on SOUND HEALING as opposed to Performance Art.

Sound therapy has been around for thousands of years, and is now being proven to be deeply restorative to the human body.

The body is an instrument, and when we are "out of tune", our bodies feel stressed, tight, tired, agitated, disconnected.

It is my passion & purpose to share my voice & through the help of sound therapy, help your body shake off the stress & become deeply relaxed.
